Description: | The Rigonat winery is located in Ruda, in the heart of the Aquileia DOC, in a microclimate protected by the Alps and mitigated by the sea, where biodiversity dominates. The winery’s vineyards are authentic country gardens, and are worked with full respect for nature and energy conservation, avoiding the use of chemical weeding. The equipment and machinery used for winemaking are of the latest generation, and the resulting wines are fresh, fruity and mineral, excellent to accompany a good meal with the family. In fact, it is the family itself that is the beating heart of this enterprise, which carries on values and traditions and where respect for the person, the ‘environment and the community prevails at the center of every action. |

Ribolla Gialla Sparkling – Details: | Denomination: Ribolla Gialla Spumante BRUT Vines: 100% Ribolla Gialla, native vine Alcohol: 11.50 % Size: 0.75 l Serving Temperature: 6-8° Harvest: last week of August Winemaking: The must is fermented directly in an autoclave, using the long Charmat method. This preserves all the primary scents and aromas typical of this grape variety and gives it the fragrant bread note. Color: bright straw yellow Aroma: Intense, fine and fruity, with delicate hints of white peach and apricot, citrus and mineral notes, yeast Flavors: with fine and persistent perlage, smooth and round flavor. The bitterish, mineral finish makes it finely thirst quenching. Food pairings: advisable as an aperitif, perhaps accompanied with fresh cheeses and prosciutto; excellent when paired with raw fish, shellfish, baked fish, and smoked dishes. |
